We are very sad to acknowledge the death of the Ex-Mayor of
El Dorado (Meta/Colombia), Ex-Candidate of the Gobernation
of Meta and Leader of the Asociación de Municipios del
Alto Ariari. Mr.Vargas, Carlos Javier Sabogal and Nubia Sánchez
were found murdered in a car 40 km north of Bogotá, killed by
machine-gun fire.
